Thank you for your purchase. We take great care in packaging and shipping every piece to ensure it arrives safely.
PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground depending on the size and weight of your piece. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All shipping costs include professional art packaging and handling.
INSURANCE All shipments valued over $500 are automatically insured. For pieces valued under $500, please contact us at info@galleryatarah.com if you would like to add insurance.
LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP Local delivery and in-gallery pickup are available for Brooklyn and NYC-area customers. Please contact us at info@galleryatarah.com to arrange.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@galleryatarah.com for a quote before placing your order.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@galleryatarah.com with your order number and photos documenting the damage.
